Success Story: (R) Evolution of surface treatment saves resources

Drying systems and subsequent processes after electroplating are energy-, time- and cost-intensive. The manufacturer of high-precision deep-drawn parts and innovative forming solutions STÜKEN from Rinteln wanted to significantly optimize all three parameters – and automate the entire subsequent process after surface treatment. Our solution lay in the combination of centrifuge drying and heat pump technology – and in the additional implementation of a highly efficient and complex solution for reloading the dried parts into different container sizes.

Next level surface treatment: PULZ® Xtend

Two years ago, our customer Norm Coating opted for our PULZ® Xtreme for the surface treatment of very small parts. Now they are also relying on the excellent quality of the patented PULZ® technology for larger bulk parts – with the 2024 system innovation: the PULZ® Xtend.

Virtual reality: experience surface treatment in a new way

Since 2022, customers and interested parties have been able to immerse themselves in our WMV technical center live and from any location using VR glasses: You can take a relaxed virtual stroll along machines and systems for surface treatment – and playfully operate individual components.
