With our apparatus engineering, we create machines for surface treatment: from the smallest parts (e.g. hexalobular) to large chassis parts – all must be protected from environmental influences and oxidation and treated according to their use. By constantly maintaining the baths, pre-oiling and spinning off after and between treatment steps, we achieve a long service life for the baths. The constantly supplied, regulated amount of water and regular control of the suds concentration ensure a high cleaning quality. And, thanks to our many years of experience, with little waste water.

Tempering

Metallic materials are heat-treated in order to specifically optimize the properties of the components. Resistance to chemicals and temperature resistance are increased – and stresses in the material structure are reduced.

The result is obvious in the best sense of the word: the durability of the treated materials is considerably increased – also due to the targeted prevention of hydrogen embrittlement.
