What you can expect
- Creation of the project plan documents:
• Operating, operating and maintenance instructions tailored to the target group
• EU-EC Declaration of Conformity or EU-EC Declaration of Incorporation
• Lubrication schedules for the systems
• Test documents and intrinsic safety certificates
• Documentation of spare parts orders, system conversions and expansions
• Spare parts lists and drawings
• Compilation of supplier documents - Maintenance and management of existing documentation
- Supporting translation agencies with technical documents and papers to be translated
- Preparatory activities for shipping
- Design and further development of processes in technical documentation
What you should bring with you
- Education: Completed technical training or further training as a technician or technical/scientific studies
- Know-how: initial professional experience in the field of technical documentation, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Knowledge of English
- Way of working: Independent and autonomous work paired with quality awareness
- Personality: strong team player
