Since early 2023, UAS Automation, Inc., a renowned American company in the field of electroplating technology, has been part of WMV Apparatebau GmbH. The strategic decision to invest in the US market as a new growth area enables us to significantly expand our product portfolio – always tailored precisely to the requirements of our clients’ processes. After all, WMV’s electroplating solution is another system module in the field of surface treatment made by WMV. And that means: maximum flexibility throughout the entire process chain and maximum energy efficiency thanks to WMV centrifuge technology. But why UAS? And why the USA?

On September 8, the time had finally come. We celebrated our summer jam party together with all our employees. The anticipation was particularly high this year, as news had already been building up in the run-up to the event.
To open the event, our Managing Director Martin Müller began by posing some fundamental questions in a very emotional speech: Where do we, as WMV, come from? What path have we travelled together over the last 50-plus years? Where do we stand now? Why is the time ripe for a transformation? And what does the future hold for us? Or rather: How do we stay ready for the future?
