Whether nails, screws, bolts, washers, clips or bushings, plasma cleaning effectively activates the surfaces of tiny metal or plastic parts. Beladen
Proven loading systems enable the safe and gentle emptying of customer containers. Innovative dosing and handling systems are used to load the washing drums with a wide variety of bulk materials. Production machines (presses, punches, curing ovens, etc.) can be interlinked using tried-and-tested loading systems.
The material to be treated is treated in the washing drum until it is unloaded, thus enabling continuous batch separation.
Integrated oil removal
Among other things, WMV cleaning systems offer the advantage of integrated pre-deoiling in the washing process. As a result, the cooling lubricants and oils are recovered. This protects the washing medium, which is exposed to 92-95% less oil. Accordingly, this saves a large amount of water and cleaning chemicals and thus considerably extends the service life of the washing medium.
Move gently / wash clean
In WMV cleaning systems, the drum is placed in the washing position, i.e. at an angle. As the washing medium is added, the drum begins to rotate. The decisive advantage of our cleaning system is that individual parameters are adjusted for each article, so our systems meet the needs of all groups of parts with individualized washing programs.
Sustainable dishwashing
The rinsing process runs in the same way and with the same setting options as the washing process. The only difference is the shorter treatment times. In principle, several rinsing processes are provided. It is important that all rinsing processes are also connected in cascade with the washing process. After each rinsing process, the excess medium is spun off to prevent the medium from being carried over to the next process. This ensures that cleanliness is kept as high as possible.
Dry efficiently
The advantage of the WMV industrial centrifuge system comes into its own again during the drying process. As the swivel centrifuges create a process of circulation and centrifuging, any type of item can be dried quickly and effectively. Humidity sensors are integrated to optimize the treatment times. The drying process can be precisely adjusted to the range of items. This means that only the energy actually required is used.
Effective fine cleaning
The system can be seamlessly integrated into the process of a WMV cleaning system, as the PFI 900 plasma cleaning system uses the WMV standard drum with a diameter of 900 mm. It is no longer necessary to transfer the bulk materials during the cleaning process. This also reduces the costs per part because only one load carrier is used.
Plasma cleaning in the PFI 900 achieves surface tensions of โฅ 55 mN/m, with a throughput rate of up to 250 kg per cycle and without the use of harmful chemicals. A fully automated process sequence, controlled by the higher-level master computer, increases the efficiency of the ultra-fine cleaning process. The PFI 900 thus offers its users the opportunity to significantly improve their eco-balance by dispensing with final chemical cleaning and reducing COยฒ emissions.
Dosed emptying
As with loading, the focus is also on material protection and batch separation during emptying. The WMV unloading system can be individually adapted to a wide range of customer containers; downstream processes can also be interlinked.
