Upgrade of our TULZ system

TULZ Series

Patented – the new function upgrade

WMV Apparatebau GmbH has further developed its proven coating station TULZ with innovative ideas.

The robust and proven coating station TULZ (dip-spin-tilt-centrifuge) used in the WMV coating plants, which is used for the application of bulk parts with a loading capacity of up to 250 kg (600 lbs) / basket at a throughput of up to 7.5 t / h, mainly for zinc flake coatings, was adapted to the customer’s requirements.

A milestone in the TULZ series was completed in 2017 with our team of engineers and tested in the WMV Technical Center. With this system of coating, the customer has a wide range of freely selectable treatment processes to choose from and, with the newly developed extension, can spin off its goods in an inclined position:

Immersion – tumbling – centrifuging

By constructively renewing the paint containers and improving the drive modules, we have succeeded in coating both scooping goods and goods with complicated geometry compared to the original Tulz.

In combination with our patented “Paint-Recovery-System (PRS)” we have managed to meet the customer requirements, as demonstrated by the coating results and the significant reduction of paint consumption.
