Would you like to try out a new product or new chemistry in parallel with your production process?
Then you are welcome to use our Technicum for your preliminary tests.
The Technicum – Know-how for your challenges
The WMV team is ready to support you and your product challenges with process engineering expertise. Driven by our company principle: “always a winning combination” we support and accompany you and your team in our modern Technicum to realise the best solutions for your product and your customers. The framework conditions correspond to a real production environment, so that live operation can be simulated if required.
Your sampling series are in the best hands with us
We are also happy to produce sample series for your customers. In advance, we clarify the requirements and general conditions with you, such as deadlines, costs and logistics. For the actual trials, you send us your parts and the chemistry. You and your team are welcome to participate in the trials. If this is not possible, we offer you the alternative of digital experiment support. For this, you will receive a corresponding access authorisation to the virtual pilot plant from us. This way, the test runs can be carried out hybrid in direct exchange with you. Because we all know that trial and error make perfect. You are welcome to examine the results of the test series at our Technicum. Immediately after completion of the sampling series, we will send you the treated parts, of course including the test documentation.

The most important values of our collaboration are loyalty and trust. That is why our trials take place in a protected environment. The prerequisite for this is the independent research & development building.
This way, we guarantee know-how protection for your products and parameters. In addition to this, we also agree on appropriate non-disclosure agreements with you, which once again underpin the fair collaboration in a binding manner.

How is the WMV Technicum equipped?
In addition to an excellent working atmosphere, the technical centre offers the following technologies in an area of 530 sqm2:
- Cleaning system WA 700 – for bulk and rack goods
- Tilt centrifuge SZ 700 – for bulk goods
- Industrial centrifuge Z 700 – for bulk and rack goods
- Post-treatment system DSC 700 – for bulk and rack goods
- Coating system TULZ ® 600 PRS – for bulk and rack goods
- Coating system PULZ ® Xtreme and PULZ ® Xtend – for bulk and rack goods
- Coating system TLZ 300 – for bulk goods
- Blasting system MG90 – for bulk goods
- Curing oven – for bulk and rack goods
- Cooling chamber – for bulk and rack goods
- In a nutshell, water purification station for the production of VE water (crystallised water without salts).

Every application, whether rack material or bulk material, can be tested in the Technicum. We are always happy to further develop our Technicum with your ideas and suggestions in order to achieve the best results for you and your customers.
