“I’ve been with the company for 25 years now. I started with my training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering. Today, I manage project planning and sales and support marketing in technical matters. From day one, I was able to develop my full potential. My colleagues are like family to me – and I only live 3 km from my workplace.”

Michael Kamp, Sales Manager

“I joined WMV in 2011 after retraining as a technical draughtsman. I am actually a trained carpenter. In my new area of responsibility in design, I have a lot of freedom to develop my ideas. Thanks to flexible working time models, I can combine my job and private life perfectly. I feel free.”
