An apprenticeship as an electronics technician for automation technology offers you a lot of variety and a good opportunity to expand your knowledge of technical system components. You will be able to plan, commission and expand systems, machines and devices and ensure their reliable functioning through inspection and maintenance.

Your apprenticeship will focus on the electrical workshop and the software department. After the inter-company basic training, you will learn how to plan and install electrical components in practice.

During your apprenticeship, you will learn a lot about measurement, control and drive technology. In the area of software, you will learn how to use automation technology, various programming languages and how to visualise processes, as well as how to configure touch panels. Cyber security and network infrastructure are also very important components of your training.
